Growth Mindset
and Grading
Learning is a process. There may be times where students master the skills and content on the first attempt. More often, it takes consistent practice, review of feedback, and revisions before mastery can be achieved. Students are encouraged to:
- Review rubric and comments on graded assignments. Revise and resubmit assignments for full credit.
- Review missed and guessed questions on tests and quizzes. Assessments may be retaken in tutoring when the test analysis form is complete. DOWNLOAD THE FORM HERE.
- Turn in all assignments.
- If you are procrastinating because you do not understand something, ASK! My job is to help you.
